My Current R.E.P.O.R.T
My name is Julia, and here is my current report card.
Reading: Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins
Fresh off of my read of Sunrise on the Reaping, I was catapulted back to middle school with my Instagram username that included “@hungergameslover”, sure to be followed by a string of numbers. I look back on my preteen times and though I was in period of time where I wasn’t flying through books for fun, Collins’ work was the exception. My memory of this book superseding YA book expectations wasn’t just a memory, it’s FACT. I am loving this reread.
Eating: Tacodeli Queso
I am not going to tell a lie..I have only purchased this Whole Foods item once. Once is enough. At risk of embarrassing myself on a public platform, this container only lasted me 24 hours. Maybe it was good because I was starving and stroll aisles of health food stores for sport, but I will never know because I can’t purchase again for my own health. Can someone let me know if I was being love bombed by a dip?
Playing: What Was That by Lorde
What else is there to say? I need a Lorde summer and also, why is she only 4 years older than me? Let me lock in.
Obsessing: Closing my Apple Watch rings
Listen..I know this is not healthy, and probably obsessive. Is it an ugly ass watch? Yes. Is it 100% accurate? No. Do my workouts count if I am not wearing my watch? Obviously not. There is nothing that gives me more of a high than seeing those dumbass rings being closed. Sorry.
Recommending: Redken All Soft line
In the world of everyone switching back to drugstore shampoos, I have decided to keep wasting my money. Though, I can’t say this was a waste. I was drawn into buying the All Soft shampoo and conditioners because of an Ulta promo (2 for $35? How could I not?) and I have not been disappointed. I will say I am using it in part with their bonding concentrate, and my hair has never been more soft.
Treating:
I treat myself everyday of my life. This ain’t new.
